Instant writ appeal is directed against the judgment made in W.P.(C)

No.8540 of 2019 dated 21/03/2019, by which the writ court directed the 3rd respondent (Joint Secretary and Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education) to finalise Ext.P4 application received by the 3rd respondent through the 5th respondent Principal at the earliest possible and at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment, on the petitioner paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- and producing the receipt before the said authority. Writ court also directed the 5th respondent Principal to carry out necessary corrections and forward the certificates to the 3rd respondent for appropriate action.

2. Being aggrieved, appellants (Chair Person, Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Assistant Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Chennai and Joint Secretary and Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education, Thiruvananthapuram) have preferred this appeal.
