J U D G M E N T

The writ petition was filed seeking the following reliefs:

i. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondents to consider Ext.P2 and issue consequential proceedings revising the seniority of the petitioners and assign seniority in the respective cadre including the cadre by the Assistant Manager taking note of the date of advice/ranking in the advice list of the Kerala Public Service Commission.

ii. issue appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioners pointing out the discrepancy and omission in the eligible list appended along with Ext.P3 and include the petitioners also in the said list as they are eligible and entitled to participate in the promotion test 2019 on the basis of the seniority in the advice list.

iii.issue appropriate writ, order or commanding the respondents to accept the application from the petitioners also to appear for the promotion test 2019 and open necessary link in the Website enabling the petitioners to submit on-line application.
