J U D G M E N T
Petitioner has approached this Court inter alia seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) By an appropriate writ, order or direction of this Hon'ble Court, the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass orders on 6th respondent's complaint in accordance with law strictly considering the written objection of the petitioner and further the order/direction in civil suit O.S. No.611/2016 pending before the Munsiff's Court, Nedumangad;
(ii) By an appropriate writ, order or direction of this Hon'ble Court, the 3rd respondent shall specifically state appealable time in his order for the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum before the alleged order being executed by the respondents 4 to 7.
(iii) By an appropriate writ, order or direction of this Hon'ble Court, the respondents 4 to 7 shall not execute the orders likely to be passed by 3rd respondent in 6th respondent's complaint subject to the outcome of this writ petition;
(iv) By an appropriate writ, order or direction of this Hon'ble Court, direct the 2nd respondent to initiate legal proceeding against the 7th respondent for misutilizing the public fund for private purpose as per Section 13(1) of the Prevention
