J U D G M E N T
Petitioner, who was working as Manager Gr.IV, has filed this writ petition challenging the orders Ext.P17 and P21, by which she was awarded a punishment of reversion to the juniormost Assistant Manager reducing her pay to that drawn by her in the post of Assistant Manager at the time of her promotion from Special Grade Assistant. Ext.P17 order was affirmed in appeal, as per Ext.P21 order, stating that the Board of Directors resolved to reject her appeal.
2. Petitioner commenced her service as a Junior Assistant in the Kerala State Financial Enterprises Limited ('KSFE' for short). She was promoted as Senior Assistant in the year 1993 and as Special Grade Assistant with effect from 01.12.1998 and she was promoted as Assistant Manager on 18.12.2000. She was granted further promotion as Deputy Manager with effect from 01.09.2009 and joined as Manager Gr.IV on
30.06.2012. She retired from service on 30.11.2015.
3. While the petitioner was working as Manager Gr.IV in Erattupetta Branch she was transferred to Wandoor Branch and she was relieved on 30.05.2013. She was to join Wandoor Branch on 10.06.2013. Her case is that on medical grounds she was unable to join duty on that
