ORDER

K.HARILAL,J Since these rent control petitions are directed against the common judgment passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thrissur in R.C.A. Nos.69 of 2014 and 41 of 2015 and the parties are common, both rent control revision petitions are heard together and disposed of accordingly. [The parties are referred to as in the Rent Control Petition.]

2. The petitioner filed R.C.P. No.15 of

2012 before the Rent Control Court, Thrissur against the revision petitioner in R.C.R. No.359 of 2018, seeking an order of eviction under Section 11(4)(i), 11(4)(ii) and 11(4) (iii) of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965(hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). According to the averments in the said petition, originally the petition schedule shop room was let out to one 'Kannampuzha Jose', the deceased husband of Rosy; the sole respondent in the said R.C.P. and subsequently, the said 'Kannampuzha Jose' expired and thereafter, Rosy has been in occupation of the shop room and she is conducting a cycle repairing shop, by name “Sheela Cycle Works” in the petition schedule building. In addition to that, she has been doing certain repair works of gas stove, umbrella etc. F
