This case was adjourned on 5.6.2018 with the following order:-
“The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, because of the cause of action pursued by the respondents concerned (which is under challenge), adverse consequences have been resulted and rain water is gushing into the premises of the St.Francis Church, which is an archaeological monument. In substantiation of the contentions, reliance is sought to be placed on the photographs produced as Ext.P6.
2. During the course of hearing, we made some remarks as to the possibility of constructing a ridge near/across the door or just in front of the same abutting the wall so as to prevent the rain water from entering into the premises of the Church, of course without any damage to the archaeological importance and set up of the building.”
2. Heard the learned Assistant Solicitor General.
