The petitioner impugnes Ext. P3 and P4 orders issued by the
Maintenance Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal respectively, constituted
under the provisions of the Maintenance And Welfare of Parents And
Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (MWPSC Act for Short), on the ground that it has
been issued without considering the relevant factors and without taking
into account her specific contentions.

I have heard Sri. Jayesh Mohan Kumar, learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner and the learned senior government pleader
appearing for respondents 1 and 2. Even though notice from this court has
been served validly on respondent no. 3, he has chosen not to be present in
person before this court or to be represented through counsel and
therefore, I am inferentially lead to the view that he has nothing to offer in
answer to the various allegations in this writ petition.

I have examined the orders impugned in this writ petition and I
notice that the petitioner's plea for having a particular document, executed
by her in favor of the third respondent, be set aside, has been declined
because the Maintenance Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal found that
