JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

i) Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ or order quashing Exhibits P8, P9 and P10 ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding respondents 4 and 5 to issue ownership certificate and number the building constructed by the petitioner in the property situated in Re-Survey No.508/2 of Sornanadu South Village, Kunnathoor Taluk, Kollam District, referred to in Exhibits P8 to P10.

Iii. Issue appropriate writ or order declaring that the building constructed by the petitioner in Re-survey No.508/2 of Sornanadu South Village, Kunnathoor Taluk, Kollam District, referred to in Exhibits P8 to P10 is not unauthorised and that it is eligible to get building number and electric connection.

iv) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the first respondent to take necessary action on Exts.P11, referred to in Ext.P12.

v) Grant just and proper reliefs considering the facts and circumstances of the case
