Heard Mr. N. Kumarjit, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and

Mr.Lenin Hijam, learned AG who takes for the respondent.

Mr.N.Kumarjit, learned senior counsel for the petitioner argued the case

that the petitioner apprehending the arrest by the respondent police based on

Registration of the case in the FIR No.33(4) 2021 TBL PS and the summon

issued by the D.C, Chandel District, Manipur dated 20.06.2022 therefore, he

approached this Court and filed this anticipatory bail.

When this Court posed a questioned to the learned senior counsel for the

petitioner that without approaching the learned Sessions Judge by invoking the

provision of Section 438 Cr.PC and how he directly approached this Court and

filed this application.

Mr. Kumarjit, learned senior counsel for the petitioner represented that as

per the provision under Section 438 Cr. PC confers concurrent jurisdiction on
