1. This appeal is directed against an order dated 6^th January, 1994

of the learned Single Judge of this Court allowing M.A. No.274 of

1983 filed by the Respondents under Section 75(3) of the

Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (PI Act). The said appeal in turn

was preferred by the Respondents herein against an order dated

13^th April, 1983 passed by the learned District Judge, Ganjam,

Puri in insolvency proceedings.
