1. The present appeal is directed against the judgment dated 26th

August, 2000 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Talcher in

S.T. Case No.118-A/25 of 1998/2000 convicting the Appellants

for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34

IPC and sentencing each of them to undergo imprisonment for

life.

2. By an order dated 3rd April 2004, the Appellants were directed

to be enlarged on bail during the pendency of the appeal.
