The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the order of transfer dated 01.06

.2017 under Annexure-2. He further prays for a direction to allow him to continue as In-Charge

Assistant Engineer at L.I. Sub-Division Jajpur Road.

Mr. L. Samantaray, learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to Annexure

-2 dated 01.06.2017, the petitioner, who is a Junior Engineer (Civil) and working as I/C Assis

tant Engineer (C) L.I. Sub-Division, Jajpur Road under L.I. Division, has been transferred and

posted in L.I. Section Marshaghai under L.I. Division, Kendrapara. At the outset, it is conte

nded that the petitioner has no grievance against the order of his transfer, but his grievance

is with regard to his posting at L.I. Section Marshaghai under L.I. Division, Kendrapara. It

is stated that the petitioner has requisite qualification and he is working as in-charge Assis

tant Engineer. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the authority to transfer hi
