Let a copy of the writ petition be served on Mr.S.S.Rao, learned Sr.Counsel, who usually

appears for the Board of Secondary Education in course of the day.

Heard Mr.D.K.Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.S.S.Rao, learned Sr.Counsel for

the opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking revaluation of the answer scripts of

O.T.E.T. Examination, 2015 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.

Mr.D.K.Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since this Court has already

directed to send the records of other candidates to the Question Analysis Committee for consi

deration, similar direction be given to send the records of the petitioner to the said Committ

ee for consideration.

Mr.S.S.Rao, learned Sr.Counsel for the Board also submits that since the Question Analys

is Committee is in seisin of the matter, let the matter be sent to the said Committee for cons

ideration.

Considering the contentions raised by the parties, this writ petition is disposed of dir

ecting the opposite party no.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner pursuant to his rep
