Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel
for the informant and learned Additional Government
Advocate for the State.
This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant
of bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.771 of
2019, arising out of Jatni P.S.Case No.243 of 2019 pending in
the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jatni for alleged commission of
offences under Sections 409/34 of IPC and Section 27 of the
Arms Act.
Petitioner is inside the custody since 30.08.2019 and in
the
meantime,
investigation
has
been
completed
in
submission of the charge-sheet for the aforesaid offences.
The allegation goes to the extent that this present
petitioner being in-charge of replenishment of money into
different ATMs had misappropriated the amount along with
another co-accused to the tune of Rs.1,72,73,500/- during the
audit period from 01.01.2019 to 14.07.2019.
