The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the

order dated 18^th March, 1993 (Annexure-7) passed by the

Revenue Officer-cum-Tahasildar, Binjharpur - Opposite Party

No.3 in O.L.R. Case No.4 of 1998 filed by the Opposite Party

Nos. 1 and 2 under Section 9(1) of the Orissa Land Reforms
