Let a copy of the writ petition be served on Mr.S.S.Rao, learned counsel, who usually ap

pears for the Board of Secondary Education in course of the day.

Heard Mr. P.Chuli, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.S.S.Rao, learned counsel for th

e opposite party.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking revaluation of the answer scripts of

O.T.E.T. Examination, 2015 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.

Mr. Mr. P. Chuli, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since this Court has al

ready directed to send the records of other candidates to the Question Analysis Committee for

consideration, similar direction be given to send the records of the petitioner to the said Co

mmittee for consideration.

Mr.S.S.Rao, learned counsel for the Board also submits that since the Question Analysis

Committee is in seisin of the matter, let the matter be sent to the said Committee for conside

ration.

Considering the contentions raised by the parties, this writ petition is disposed of dir

ecting the opposite party no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner pursuant to her rep

resentation in
