and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners in this case having been implicated in Colliery P.S. C

ase No.163 of 2016, corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No.60 of 2016 pending in court of le

arned Judge, Special Court, Angul, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable un

der Sections 363 / 376(2)(n) / 294 / 307/506/34 of IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, have

filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail.

Materials placed would go to show that the son of petitioner nos.1 & 2

, namely, Madhab Naik allegedly kidnapped and raped the minor daughter of the informant. When

the aforesaid matter was brought to the notice of the petitioners, who are both parents and si

ster-in-law of said Madhab Naik respectively, they said to have abused and assaulted and made

an attempt to kill the victim, so also threatened her parents. The victim did not sustain any

visible injury on account of such attempt to kill. Nothing is there indicating the fact that t

he petitioners are the pers
