23.02.2021 passed in Crl. Misc. Case No. 03 of 2021 arising out of C.T.

(NDPS) Case No. 07 of 2020 by the learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-

Special Judge, Jajpur rejecting the application of the petitioner filed under

Section 457 of Cr.P.C. praying for release of Yamaha R-15 Motor cycle bearing

informant along with other police staff were performing M.V. checking

duty, they found one motorcycle-Yamaha R-15 Motor cycle bearing
