O R D E R

The order dated 27.06.2016 passed by the

learned S.D.J.M., Panposh, Rourkela in I.C.C. Case

No.412 of 2015 taking cognizance of the offence under

Section 420/34 of I.P.C. is sought to be quashed by the

petitioners, by invoking the power of this Court under

Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Heard the respective learned counsel for the

petitioners and the opposite party no.2 and perused

the relevant papers on record vis-à-vis the impugned

order.

The opposite party no.2 (complainant) has filed

the complaint case referred to above, in the court of

the S.D.J.M., Panposh, alleging that the present
