The petitioner by filing this application has invoked the

jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 and 227 of the

Constitution in directing the opposite parties to investigate into

complaints made under Annexure-2 series with further prayer

to direct the opposite party no. 3 (Tahsildar, Khurda) to take

appropriate steps to protect the interest of the State raised in

Original Suit No. 52 of 1971 pending in the court of learned

Sub-Ordinate Judge, Bhubaneswar.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for

the State.

No such document or orders relating to the Original Suit

No. 52 of 1971 said to be pending in the court of learned Sub-

Ordinate Judge, Bhubaneswar having been filed and in the

absence of any such averments made in the petition as to find

out the cause of action for filing the said suit and the reliefs

claim therein the prayer seeking direction to opposite prty no. 3

as aforementioned is not entertainable.

Now coming to the first prayer, it is seen that under

Annexure-2 series, the first one concerns with Khurda P.S.

Case No. 600 of 2015 registered on the basis of the complaint

lodge
