6.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
Undisputedly the Petitioner has lost in both forums
involving the injunction issue. However, in entertainment of the
CMP, there has been direction to the Parties to maintain status quo
in respect of M.S. Khata No.763, Plot No.202 corresponds to C.S.
Khata No.115 Plot Nos.211 and 212. Considering the interim order
continuing for nearly three years, this Court finds, the interim order
should continue till disposal of the Civil Suit. However,
considering the suit is of the year 2016, the trial court may attempt
to dispose of the Suit Proceeding at least within a period of nine
months from the date of communication of this order.
