Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2.

Undisputedly the Petitioner has lost in both forums

involving the injunction issue. However, in entertainment of the

CMP, there has been direction to the Parties to maintain status quo

in respect of M.S. Khata No.763, Plot No.202 corresponds to C.S.

Khata No.115 Plot Nos.211 and 212. Considering the interim order

continuing for nearly three years, this Court finds, the interim order

should continue till disposal of the Civil Suit. However,

considering the suit is of the year 2016, the trial court may attempt

to dispose of the Suit Proceeding at least within a period of nine

months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the CMP stands disposed of.
