Heard Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to
submit application for her participation in the selection process
pursuant to Advertisement at Annexure-5 as she is eligible to make
application.
It is contended that earlier the petitioner has approached this
Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 6132 of 2016 seeking regularization of
service and the matter is subjudice. Since her application for fresh
appointment pursuant to advertisement in Annexure-5 has not be
entertained, she has approached this Court by filing the instant writ
petition with a prayer to participate in the selection process without
prejudice her claim in W.P.(C) No. 6132 of 2016.
Issue notice to opposite parties.
One extra copy of the writ petition be served on learned Addl.
Government, who appears for opposite party no.1, within three days,
enabling him to obtain instruction or file counter affidavit.
