invoked the jurisdiction of this Court U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. to

quash the aforesaid order.

be adumbrated as, the petitioner is the accused and the

opposite party no.2 is the complainant in 1.C.C. Case

No.1252 of 2014 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore.
