Heard Mr. S. Hota, learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to Mr. Hota, the petitioner is aggrieved by the

non-disposal of I.C.C. Case No.98 of 2016 pending in the court

of learned S.D.J.M., Udala. Accordingly, he prays that a

direction be issued to the said court learned S.D.J.M. to dispose

of the above noted complaint case within a stipulated time

period.

Considering

the

submissions

made

and

without

expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this CRLMP is

disposed of with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Udala to

make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted complaint

case in accordance with law by the end of this year, if there is no

other impediment.

4.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper

application.
