2. The petitioner being the accused in Criminal Trial No.130 of 2014 of the court of S.D.
J.M., Balasore, arising out of Balasore Town P.S. Case No.20 of 2014 challenges the order date
d 13.06.2014, whereby N.B.W. of Arrest has been issued against the present petitioner on the p
rayer of the Investigating Officer.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is squarely covered the case
of Bata @ Bata Krushna Moharana v. State of Orissa and Manjulata Mallick, (2016) 63 OCR 134. R
