: For Respondent Nos.1 to 6

ORDER

The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.

This application has been filed by the respondents-State

for correction of typographical error in the order dated

29.06.2020.

It is averred in the above Interlocutory Application that

in the last line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 29.06.2020,

the words “for grant of temporary injuction” have been

mentioned instead of “alleging disobedience or breach of

injunction”. Similarly, in the 1st line of paragraph-6 of the said

order, the words “application for temporary injunction” have

been reflected instead of “application alleging disobedience or

breach of injuction.” Accordingly, a prayer has been made to

correct the same.

Keeping in view the averments stated in the application,

the same is allowed.
