petitioner seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to

allow her to appear and write in the examination

relating

to

recruitment

of

Lecturers

in

the

Government Homoeopathic Medical Colleges in the

State pursuant to advertisement no.3 of 2020-21

issued by opposite party no.1.
