1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the
offences alleged are under Secs.147/148/342/363/121/121-A/124-
A/302/149, I.P.C., Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, Section
16(1)(a)/18/20 of the UAP Act and Section 17 of the Criminal
Law Amendment Act.
2. Heard Mr. J.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners as
well as Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite
Party.
3. It is submitted that the Petitioners are inside custody since
16.4.2019 and in the meantime 17 witnesses have been examined
out of 27 charge-sheeted witnesses and none of them supported
prosecution case. It is further submitted that some of the co-
accused persons have in the meantime been released on bail by
another coordinate Bench of this Court in BLAPL No.1302 of
2022 and the present Petitioners s
