The matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the

rescind order no.5425 dated 11.05.2021 issued by opposite

party no.3-Collector, Nabarangpur due to implementation/

translated to action of the transfer order dated 29.04.2021 of

the petitioner due to his joining at the new place of posting on

10.05.2021, which was duly allowed by the BEO, Nandahandi

on dated 10.05.2021. He further seeks direction to opposite

party no.3 to allow the petitioner at his new place of posting

i.e. Government Project Upper Primary School Ekamba of

Nandahandi Block, Nabarangpur with all service and financial

benefits.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner

states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made

representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-13 and the

same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated

time.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this

Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3
