The Petitioner being in custody in connection with

Hindol P.S. Case No.26 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case

No.89 of 2021 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol, running

for commission of offence under Section- 392 of IPC read with

Section-25 of the Arms Act, has filed this application under

section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.
