against the present petitioner and others.

the complainant who had filed the complaint has expired. Smt. Surabala Sahu and Prafulla Kumar

Sahu claiming themselves to be the trustees of one M/s. Sahu Trust filed petition to be array

ed as parties in this proceeding in place of the main complainant-opposite party Gangadhar Sah
