baneswar wherein cognizance was taken for the offences under Sections 420/403/120-B/34, I.P.C.
against the present petitioner and others.
It was submitted that in course of pendency of the proceeding
the complainant who had filed the complaint has expired. Smt. Surabala Sahu and Prafulla Kumar
Sahu claiming themselves to be the trustees of one M/s. Sahu Trust filed petition to be array
ed as parties in this proceeding in place of the main complainant-opposite party Gangadhar Sah
u who has expired.
