The Registry has pointed out that this application is

required to be registered as CRLMP not as WPCRL.

Mr. S. Sekhar, learned counsel appearing for the

Petitioners makes oral application for such conversion.

Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Additional Government

Advocate appearing for the State does not oppose the prayer.

5.

It is directed that, this application be converted as

CRLMP in view of the subject matter by deleting the present

nomenclature i.e. WPCRL No.84 of 2022. After such

conversion, the matter be listed on 3^rd August, 2022.
