registered for the alleged commission of offence

under Sections 376(2)(n) of the IPC, Sections 67

and 67(A) of the IT Act, 2000, has filed this

application under Section 439 of CrPC for his

release on bail.

The prosecution case as per FIR is that the

informant was working as Teacher at Bhanjasahi

Primary School under Basudevpur Block. Earlier

she was posted at MS Nodal UGME School,

Natiapal. One Chakradhar Sethi was working as

Teacher in the same school, sent obscene messages

repeatedly and proposed her for love over phone.

After that, the informant took the matter to the

knowledge of Headmaster and after that accused

petitioner behaved well with her. Later on, the
