Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order

dated 20^th December, 2018 (Annexure-3) passed by learned

Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack

in Revision Case No.3776 of 1998, wherein, the Commissioner

directed to record the land in question in favour of Sri

Nrusingha Nath Mahadev Bije (for short ‘the Deity’) marfat

Commissioner of Endowments.
