corresponding to GR Case No.21 of 2020, pending in

the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge,-

cum-Special Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi, has

filed this petition under Section 439 of the CrPC for

his release on bail. The offence alleged against him is

punishable under Sections 376(2)(n)/376(3), 323,

506/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The allegation of the prosecution is that

informant-Anisha Lima aged about 15 years lodged

an FIR alleging therein that she had love affairs with

the present-petitioner Harish Kumar Pani alias

Mantu of her village since last three months. Harish

Kumar Pani was her distant relative brother.
