In the wake of the pandemic Covid-19, the case
is taken up through V.C.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ
petition is in the nature public interest litigation, even if
he has sought for removal of unauthorized encroachment
that alleged to have been made over the public road,
which is not assigned to this Bench, so also not filed in
the manner, a P.I.L. is required to be filed, this Court is
not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed
giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court by
filing a P.I.L. or approach the fourm in any appropriate
proceeding, if so advised.
The parties may utilize the copy of this order as
per the High Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
