The Petitioner, who, having been implicated in

connection with Economic Offence Wing Bhubaneswar P.S.

Case No.11 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.85 of 2022

pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar, running

for alleged commission of offence under Section 420/34 of

IPC, has filed this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C.

for his release on bail in the event of his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned

counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going

through the materials, as placed, when this Court finds that

custodial interrogation of the Petitioners is necessary in the

case, which concerns with commission
