SUBHASMITA MOHANTY – Appellant
Versus
STATE OF ODISHA – Respondent
2 13.12.2018
Heard Mrs. S. Jena, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mr. B. Senapati, learned Additional
Government Advocate .
The petitioner has filed the writ petition to quash
the advertisement No.1247 dated 03.12.2018 issued
by opposite party no.3-CDPO, Tangi Choudwar,
Cuttack for engagement of Anganwadi Worker in
respect of Tenament Colony Anganwadi Centre.
Mrs. S. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner
contended that the petitioner has preferred appeal
bearing Anganwadi Appeal No.8 of 2018 before the
Additional District Magistrate, Cuttack which is
pending for consideration. When the matter is
subjudiced before the learned Additional District
Magistrate and the matter is posted to 08.01.2019 for
hearing, the CDPO, Tangi Choudwar, Cuttack has
issued advertisement for filling up the vacancy of
Anganwadi Worker in respect of Tenament Colony
Anganwadi Centre. She further contended that when
the
matter
is
subjudiced
before
the
appellate
authority, issuance of fresh advertisement by the
CDPO, Tangi Choudwar causes prejudice to the
petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has approached
this Court by filing the writ petition
