An application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of
bail vis-à-vis petitioner is moved on the grounds inter alia that issuance
of warrant in connection with SPE No.14 of 2014 corresponding to
R.C. No.19(S) of 2014 pending in the court of learned Special CJM
(CBI), Bhubaneswar registered under Section(s) 420/409/120-B IPC
read with Section(s) 4, 5 & 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation
Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 and his remand is wholly unjustified.

As is revealed, the informant, namely, Superintendent of
Police, CBI, SPE, SCB/SIT, Kolkata lodged an F.I.R. on 5.6.2014 stating
that as per the direction of the Hon9ble Supreme Court in W.P.(C)
Nos.401 and 413 of 2013 by order dated 9th May, 2014, investigation
