In the wake of the pandemic Covid-19, the case

is taken up through V.C.

The grievance of the petitioners in this writ

petition is in the nature public interest litigation, even if

they

have

sought

for

removal

of

unauthorized

encroachment that alleged to have been made over the

Government land, which is not assigned to this Bench, so

also not filed in the manner, a P.I.L. is required to be

filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ

petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed

giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court by

filing a P.I.L., if so advised.

The parties may utilize the copy of this order as

per the High Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
