Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

For the nature of relief sought for and for

pendency of the application at the instance of the petitioner,

vide Annexure-3 on the selfsame grounds, this writ petition

is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands

disposed of directing O.P.1 to look into the request of the

petitioner, vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate orders on

the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in

this writ petition as well as the decision involving State of

Odisha & another vrs. Bihari Lal Barik & others (W.P.(C)

No.2831/2016 disposed of on 27.6.2017) affirmed by the

Hon’ble apex Court in SLP(C) No.20358/2017 decided on

23.8.2017 so also the documents appended thereto with

communication of the result thereof to the petitioner within

a period of two months from the date of communication of

this order by the petitioner.
