Heard Mr. S. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the

petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the

State-opposite parties.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has

challenged the notification dated 29.11.2018 issued by the

Forest & Environment Department, Government of Odisha on

the ground that the same is in violation of the Wild Life

(Protection) Act, 1972 and the Rules frames thereunder in

Odisha.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

considering the materials available on record, we are of the

considered opinion that the petitioner-Bar Association has no

locus standie to challenge re-organization of the forest division.

However, it is open for petitioner to request any of the

person(s), who are affected by the impugned notification in

order to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above

observation. All connected Misc. Cases/I.As are disposed of

accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on

proper appliciaton.
