Let a copy of the writ petition be served on Mr.S.S.Rao, learned counsel, who usually ap
pears for the Board of Secondary Education in course of the day.
Heard Mr. B. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.S.S.Rao, learned counsel for
the opposite party.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking revaluation of the answer scripts of
O.T.E.T. Examination, 2015 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha by awarding
3 marks for the wrong answer keys provided in respect of 3 questions of Set-D.
Mr. B. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since this Court has alre
ady directed to send the records of other candidates to the Question Analysis Committee for co
nsideration, similar direction be given to send the records of the petitioner to the said Comm
ittee for consideration.
Mr.S.S.Rao, learned counsel for the Board also submits that since the Question Analysis
Committee is in seisin of the matter, let the matter be sent to the said Committee for conside
ration.
