Code of Civil Procedure (in short, ‘the Code’), have prayed for transfer

of the suit, i.e., C.S. No.62 of 2009 pending in the Court of the learned

Senior Civil Judge, Bargarh, District-Bargarh to the Court of the learned

Senior Civil Judge, Cuttack in the District of Cuttack.
