1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the

Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in

the offences U/s.498-A/304-B/306/34, I.P.C. and Section 4 of the

D.P. Act.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone

through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on

record and further the circumstances appearing and the seriousness

and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the

Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned

S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.6432 of 2022

corresponding to Tamando P.S. Case No.256 of 2022 within a

period of three weeks9 hence, he shall be allowed to go on bail on

such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by

the said court with the further conditions that the Petitioner shall

appear in person before the learned court below on each date of

posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court

concerned. The Petitioner shall appear in person before the learned

court below on each date of posting of the case and shall appear

before the I.O. / I.I.C. of the concerned P.S. twice a week on such

date and time to be fixed by the I.O. / I.I.C. for a period of six

months or till the submission of final Form as the case may be.

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
