Heard Mr.Sohardda Suman, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Mr.Agarwal, learned counsel for the Enforcement

Department.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the

petitioner challenging the issuance of NBWA dated 22^nd July, 2022

passed by the learned Special Judge (CBI-I), Bhubaneswar arising out

of Crl. Misc. Case (PMLA) No.4 of 2011 corresponding to CID CB

P.S. Case No.20 of 2009 on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner was to appear before the PMLA Court but on the date

fixed, the learned Special Court issued NBWA against the accused

persons fixing 29^th August, 2022 for production which is currently
