The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order

dated 5^th March, 2022 (Annexure-8) passed by learned Senior

Civil Judge, Bargarh in C.S. No.07 of 2015, whereby an

application filed by the Plaintiff-Petitioner under Order VI Rule

17 C.P.C. has been rejected.
