2. By way of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the

in-action of the opposite parties in considering his case for

promotion to the post of O.F.S. Class-II, with restrospective

effect by implementing the order dated 14.02.2012 passed in

O.A.No.997(C) of 2006 & O.A. No.2057(C) of 2004.
