The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the

order dated 15^th September, 2021 (Annexure-3) passed by

learned District Judge, Cuttack in RFA No.148 of 2016,

rejecting an application filed by the Petitioner on 27^th August,

2019 to dismiss the appeal for non-compliance of requirements

of under Order XLI Rule 1(3) C.P.C.
