Mr. Agarwal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner

and submits, his client wants to obtain certified copies of Power of

Attorney submitted for registration by application, particulars of it

given in annexure-4.

He draws attention to instruction letter dated 12th February,

2015, of Additional Chief Secretary addressed to Inspector General of

Registration, Odisha, Cuttack for providing certified copies of Power

of Attorney on payment of prescribed charges. He submits further, his

client’s application was not accepted by the authority compelling him

to transmit the same by registered post. Postal receipt dated 30th

September, 2021 stands disclosed in the writ petition.
